Viticulture & Cellar Technology

  • Vineyard areas with pastureland and cultivation of humus-producing plants
  • Wine cellar with climate-controlled bottle storage as well as climate control and humidification for the barrel cellar
  • Own bottling and labeling machines

Viticulture:

  • The wines are organically certified and produced in the highest quality through reduced grape yield.
  • Ratings: The 2014 to 2018 vintages were awarded 86 to 92 points by Decanter, IWSC (London), and AWC Vienna.
  • Aging: The wines mature for 2 to 3 years in various barrique barrels, are then blended, bottled, and stored for another 2 years in the bottle before being released for sale
  •  Barriquefässern, werden danach cuvetiert, abgefüllt und nochmals für 2 Jahre in der Flasche gelagert, bevor sie in den Verkauf gehen.

Range:

  • Top-quality Piedmontese cuvées from Barbera, Freisa, Merlot, and Syrah. These cuvées are unique, as hardly anyone in Piedmont produces cuvées from first-quality grapes.
  • Single-varietal Barbera/Nizza in a limited edition of 1,200 bottles per year
  • White wines such as Cortese (barrique-aged), Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc
