Philosophy...

At the end of 2015 we moved to the Piedmont in order to live in and with nature. We want to be careful with nature’s resources without having to abandon today’s technical amenities.

We heat with geothermal energy using floor heating and try to produce the whole energy for the use of the heating, the air conditioning and the wine cellars with our photovoltaic plant – if possible. 

In wine-growing we strive for an organic solution – after consultation of Bio-Austria – with the aim of eventually producing wine from biodynamic production according to the criteria of modern viticulture. 

Our two horses live in an active stable with the connection to a 2 ha field. Modern feeding machines ensure an efficient use of additional organic feeding and induce the horses to move as much as possible.
